In this project, my role was to develop a dynamic configurator featuring interactive hotspots that displayed detailed information on fabric types and garment accessories. Users can easily toggle these accessories on or off using the selector integrated into the hotspots for a customized viewing experience. Additionally, the client requested QR code scanning functionality was requested to be incorporated to enable real-time augmented reality previews of the configured model, enhancing user engagement and interactive garment visualization. Another important aspect of this project is that the client requested to use Vectary as a Web app to preview the models.
Before embarking on the project, I familiarized myself with the Vectary Web App, the designated tool for this task. Through comprehensive research and self-directed learning, I acquired the necessary proficiency to commence working with 3D models effectively. The goal was to devise a robust strategy that would deliver a user-friendly interface without compromising on aesthetic appeal, ideal for presenting premium garment selections. This involved meticulous planning to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for users, optimizing the platform to showcase high-quality textiles and accessories effectively.
